RJ General Builders specializes in high-end residential and commercial renovations throughout Marin County and the surrounding areas. With more than 30 years of experience, we combine luxury craftsmanship with modern expertise to create timeless spaces that elevate the way people live and work. Our services include full-home remodels, ADU’s, custom kitchens and bathrooms, and refined exterior projects built with long-term quality in mind.

Raully Jones brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience to his work as a general contractor, having built his career as a carpenter and foreman before founding RJ General Builders. While he was a strong employee, his independent mindset and desire to lead projects with his own standards ultimately led him to start his own company.
His approach to each project begins with a clear understanding of the homeowner’s goals and a realistic evaluation of how to achieve them within budget. Raully believes successful projects are built on communication, transparency, and mutual respect. While running a successful business is important, Raully places equal value on a collaborative, thoughtful process and building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and his team.
Integrity is the foundation of Raully’s work and decision-making. He holds himself to high professional standards, takes responsibility when challenges arise, and focuses on resolving issues with care and accountability. Outside of work, Raully values staying physically, mentally, and emotionally balanced. He enjoys hiking, practices yoga and pilates, and is a proud father of two sons, who remain a central source of joy and perspective in his life.
